Dan Levin is the founder and president of DLbuilds His careerin the design/build business has spanned 33 years. At age seventeen, Dan began working as a framing carpenter, building custom homes and learning the trade from the ground up. He then went on to a formal education, earning degrees in Architectural Drafting (1978) Construction Technology (1980), and a Bachelors degree in Architecture (1984). He then spent the next five years as an intern Architect. 1989 brought his first commission, a custom home. Dan found his calling and went out on his own.

Dan has combined his many years of construction experience and his formal education in Architecture to create, DLbuilds, a project management consulting firm.

Dan carefully guides his clients through the entire process of getting their project built. Working with a vast network of consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors, Dan organizes and manages the project from concept to construction, preparing budgets, procuring permits, and supervising all of the construction work. Dan shares his clients goals of having a good building experience and creating a unique solution specific to their needs and budget.

Dan has incorporated many ecologically friendly construction practices such as solar and wind power, water collection and alternative waste treatment systems into his built projects. He encourages all of his clients to incorporate these technologies into their future projects.

Dan has offices in Baltimore Maryland and San Juan Puerto Rico
